1. About Boldhorn Press
Boldhorn Press (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a music publishing company providing digital sheet music, custom arrangements and composition services via boldhornpress.co.uk.
2. Digital Products

All sheet music is delivered as digital PDF files.

Once payment is completed, download links are made available immediately.

Digital products are non-refundable, except in cases of technical error.
3. Usage Licence
When you purchase music from Boldhorn Press, you receive a single ensemble licence, allowing:

Printing or copying PDFs for use within your ensemble only.

Rehearsal and performance of the purchased music.
You may not:

Share the PDFs outside your group.

Upload or distribute the files publicly.

Resell, sub-license or commercially exploit the material without permission.
For commercial recordings, publishing, sync use or redistribution, please contact us for licensing.
4. Customisations & Additional Parts
We offer optional customisations such as alternative instrument parts, key changes or layout adjustments.

Minor edits may be free.

More extensive work may incur an additional fee, which will be quoted before work begins.

Custom work is delivered digitally and is non-refundable.
5. Commissions
Commissioned compositions or arrangements are governed by a separate written agreement covering:

Rights and usage
No commissioned work begins until both parties confirm the brief in writing.
6. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP unless stated otherwise.

7. Performance Rights
Purchasing sheet music does not include performance licensing.
Live performances may require a licence from PRS for Music or equivalent, typically handled by the venue or event organiser.
8. Download Issues
If you experience problems with downloads, damaged files, or missing parts, contact us and we will resend or replace the files as needed.
9. Intellectual Property
All compositions, arrangements, text and design materials on this website are the intellectual property of Boldhorn Press or its composers.
Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
10. Website Use
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its security, or attempt to access restricted areas.
We may update or modify the website at any time without notice.
